What we can help with
- Corrections. Tell us the page, the sentence and why it is wrong. If you are right we will correct it and mark the correction.
- A procedure that did not work. If a register has moved, a search returns something unexpected, or a step is unclear, tell us and we will fix the procedure.
- A gap. If there is a check you needed and could not find here, describe it.
- Professional register applications, from the three eligible categories only. Send the verifiable identifier first. See criteria and rate card.
What we cannot help with
- Recommending a clinic or a practitioner. We will not, in public or in private, for any reason. We have no basis on which to do it and doing it would end the reason this publication exists.
- Assessing a specific provider for you. We cannot verify a provider. The procedures on this site are how you do that yourself, and they are written to be usable.
- Medical advice. If you have symptoms that concern you, contact NHS 111 or, in an emergency, the emergency services. See what to do when something goes wrong.
- Legal advice. Where there is injury or a substantial sum at stake, take proper advice from a solicitor.
- Acting on your complaint. We have no regulatory function. We can tell you which body does, at who you complain to.

We name no clinic and no practitioner, so nothing here is about you. We do not sell listings, placement, badges or links, and the answer will not change. See what we refuse to sell.
If you would like to be useful to your prospective patients, answer the written questions on this site quickly and in full. That is worth more than anything we could sell you.
