The publication

What we collect, which is very little

An email address if you subscribe, and the country the form was sent from. Nothing else, and no cross site tracking or behavioural advertising.

What we collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address and the country the form was submitted from. That is the whole of it. We use no cross site tracking, no behavioural advertising and no advertising network.

What we use it for

Sending the newsletter. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share the list, including with newsletter sponsors, and no provider of aesthetic treatment has access to it in any form.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. The link is in the footer of every issue and it takes effect immediately.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in relation to your personal data. Write to us through contact and we will act on it. The supervisory authority in the United Kingdom is the Information Commissioner's Office, and you may complain to it at any time.

Your records held by a clinic

Separately from anything we hold, you have rights over the records a clinic holds about you, including notes, consent documents and clinical photographs. How to request them is set out at records and photographs.

The verification note

One email a month. What changed in the registers and the law, what a new rule actually requires, and one procedure written out in full. No clinic is ever recommended and none can pay to appear.

We store your address and nothing else. Sponsorship of this newsletter is labelled and sold at a published rate, and it cannot influence a single word of verification guidance. Unsubscribe at any time.
